Profit Centre Managers
Profit Centre Managers (PCM’s) are responsible for overseeing operations within each of the businesses in our portfolio. These are highly motivated individuals who report directly to the Managing Directors at Oceania Equity and share in the profits of their respective business. As part of our strategic business model, PCM’s have the ability to transfer across businesses when the opportunity arises.
