Roger has over twenty years of private equity and investment experience. Before founding Oceania Equity, he held several executive positions across a range of businesses, industries, and continents working with well know firms like Warburg Pincus, GE Capital, McKinsey & Co, and the Virgin Group.
Ignited by a passion for investing and entrepreneurship, he specialises in expansion stage capital, international market development, and sales process management. Roger looks for opportunities to acquire or invest in high-growth businesses in almost any sector with a long-term, buy-and-hold strategy.
Roger has invaluable experience and knowledge in the private equity industry. Currently, he is a Director of businesses in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Chile operating in sectors ranging from manufacturing to software, and agriculture.
He has been married to Mayra for 27 years and they have two adult children. Roger currently splits his time between homes in Singapore and Chile.
